Contrary to popular opinion and as attorneys know, most disputes do not end in a courtroom trial. They settle--often due to the work performed by experts. Because I would spend most of my time and effort on pre-trial work, and not in court, I refer to myself as both and "expert consultant" and an "expert witnesses." I do however, have the necessary communication skills and experience for your depositions as well as the few cases that do go to trial.
I will produce a comprehensive narrative report, be available to consult by telephone and then if needed, provide expert deposition and trial testimony.
- For PLAINTIFF COUNSEL, I also have the ability to review just about any malpractice or personal injury case, and report back in a timely fashion so you will be able to quickly determine if the case is meritorious and worth pursuing.

APPROPRIATE MEDICAL REFERRALS
When required, referrals will be made to appropriate specialists. Attorney offices are kept well informed and updated as to the patient/client progress.
EXCELLENT CASE MANAGEMENT
Each patient’s case is managed efficiently and in a timely manner as to prevent gaps in treatment. We ensure the number and type of treatment provided will be appropriate for your clients injury with proper documentation always filed. Our office also provides continual case follow up to inform attorneys of treatment, and retention status, as well as notifications of appointment no-shows.
REASONABLE AND CUSTOMARY PRICES
We utilize reasonable and customary fees for fair settlement disbursements.
Our bills clearly explain services that were rendered so that all charges are easily understood.
Our office is willing to work on a lien / LOP basis.
